Tasya Farasya Officially Divorced from Ahmad Assegaf, Now a Widow

The marriage of Tasya Farasya and Ahmad Assegaf, which lasted for approximately seven years, has now ended in court. The Religious Court has officially granted the divorce petition filed by Tasya.

This confirmation was delivered directly by Tasya Farasya's legal team, Sangun Ragahdo and Fattah Riphat. According to them, the decision aligns with what their client hoped for from the beginning.

"Essentially, the decision in this divorce case between our client, Mrs. Tasya, and the defendant, Mr. Ahmad, fundamentally grants our request," said Sangun Ragahdo when met in the SCBD area, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (12/11/2025).

The decision not only validates the divorce but also grants Tasya's request regarding child custody.

"It was decided that in this divorce, the conditions we submitted have been met, so the divorce is granted, and regarding child custody, as we have communicated in the first trial, it has been agreed upon," he continued.

Fattah Riphat added that although the decision has been read, Mr. Ahmad Assegaf still has 14 days to file an appeal. However, if there are no further legal actions, this decision will have permanent legal force.

"The defendant has the right to appeal, and there is still a time limit of 14 days," explained Fattah.

As is known, rumors of the domestic strife between Tasya Farasya and Ahmad Assegaf have been circulating for a long time, especially after the two were rarely seen together on social media. This divorce lawsuit marks the peak of the issues occurring between them.
