This Ramadan, Alda Augustine is More Devoted to Worship

During the iftar event and the charity for orphans, held together with colleagues, in South Jakarta recently, Alda Augustine said that this year's Ramadan she felt more devoted in worship.

“It's a bit different from previous Ramadans. For this year, I had more opportunities to worship at home even though there were also shooting activities,” she said to the media.

To perfect her worship, Alda, who was given the blessing of wealth, took advantage of this Ramadan moment by providing charity for orphans.

"I want to give meaning to Ramadan with my joy. Well, while learning to perfect my worship as well. And I consider this iftar event and charity as a learning experience to continue caring for others," she explained.

2. Gathering with Family More Spacious

The actress who played the evil character Nyai Danan Wati in the supernatural film Bangkitnya Mayit: The Dark Soul also said that this year's Ramadan is a more spacious time to gather with family, even though her father and mother are not in Jakarta.

"Yes, this year's Ramadan I have more time with my family. The feeling of togetherness is stronger. But I can't gather with my parents because they were in Sulawesi a few months ago, so it's possible that I can only have Eid al-Fitr through video calls," she said.
