Tsania Marwa's Request for Gono Gini Assets to Atalarik Syach Reaches Three Billion

Kapanlagi.com - Although they have been divorced for a long time, the household disputes between Tsania Marwa and Atalarik Syach seem to have no end. The latest news is that Tsania filed a lawsuit in the Cibinong Religious Court in early April.

Today, Thursday (30/4/2020), the first trial with the agenda of determining a mediator for mediation was supposed to be held. However, due to the Large-Scale Social Restrictions or PSBB, the trial had to be postponed.

1. Reaching Three Billion

Tsania Marwa's legal team named Herdyan revealed the amount of gono gini assets that Saksono was sued for by their client. It turns out that the amount reached billions of rupiah.

"My colleague detailed it to be approximately three billion rupiah, if I'm not mistaken. Because the assets that have been acquired together are quite substantial, they just need to be divided equally. But I don't exactly understand the details (of movable and immovable assets), I have to read the lawsuit first," said Herdyan when contacted by phone.

2. Request Atalarik to Immediately Resolve the Problem

Furthermore, Herdyan Saksono explained that they have opened the door for mediation with Atalarik Syach. He firmly requested that this problem be resolved immediately instead of being dragged out.

"Oh, we have accepted the mediation since December. We filed the lawsuit in April, so who is being stubborn? Well, if everything is normal, they should know where the requested assets are, where the joint assets are, they should just prepare and finish it," he said.
