"Seriously, I didn't expect to be able to buy a house in Jakarta. Yes, I am really happy and it feels like a dream to me. This house is built for me and Dika. And later when Dika is in junior high, we will move to Jakarta," he explained on Instagram on Wednesday (21/1/2026).

Permesta Dhyaz explained that this used to be a very old house. He then decided to demolish it and rebuild.
"The simple thing that makes me happy is that my house's foundation will be strong. I hope that, if God willing, in case of an earthquake, the house won't crack," he explained.
