Kapanlagi.com - Vadel Badjideh has now officially been designated as a suspect in the alleged immoral act against the daughter of Nikita Mirzani, Laura Meizani alias Lolly. This designation of suspect status was made following intensive questioning by the police at the South Jakarta Metro Police on Thursday (13/2/2025).
Vadel's lawyer, Razman Arif Nasution, revealed that his client answered dozens of questions during the interrogation process. The investigators then immediately held a case meeting to determine Vadel's legal status.
"Earlier there were about 53 questions," Razman told the media crew.
After the investigation was completed, the investigator proceeded with a case presentation. Based on the results, Vadel's legal status was elevated to that of a suspect.
"A case presentation was immediately conducted. From the results of the case presentation, it was determined that Mr. Vadel Alfajar Badjideh is a suspect," explained Razman.
The police also decided to detain Vadel for the next 20 days. This detention is carried out to further investigate the case reported by Nikita Mirzani.
"Detention will be carried out for up to 20 days," added Razman.

This case began from a report by Nikita accusing Vadel of violating several articles related to child protection and health. The report is registered under police number LP/B/2811/IX/2024/SPKT/Polres Metro Jaksel/ Polda Metro Jaya.
Nikita accused Vadel of violating Article 76D and/or Article 77A Jo 45A of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection, Article 421 of the Penal Code Jo Article 60 of Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health, as well as Article 346 of the Penal Code Juncto 81 of the Penal Code. The accusations include immoral acts and alleged abortion.
Currently, investigators are continuing to gather evidence to strengthen the charges against Vadel. This detention of up to 20 days is expected to be utilized to complete the case files before being submitted to the prosecutor's office.
