Waiting for Laboratory Test Results from BPOM, Roy Kiyoshi Still Has 20 Days Before Further Examination

Kompol Vivick stated that Roy still has 20 days before the further examination process. "He has 20 days for the examination process," said Kompol Vivick Tjangkung when met at the South Jakarta Police, Saturday (9/5).

1. Lab Test at BPOM

Furthermore, Kompol Vivick said that the evidence in the form of drugs will be taken to the BPOM lab for further testing.

"For the time being, the evidence of psychotropic substances has been found in the lab, then we will conduct lab tests at BPOM. We will test the evidence at BPOM to see if it complies with the applicable regulations. But for the temporary lab results, yes (psychotropic substances)," he said.

From Kompol Vivick's statement, before buying drugs online, Roy Kiyoshi consumed the drugs under the supervision of a doctor.

2. Arrested Alone

During the arrest process, Kompol Vivick Tjangkung said that Roy Kiyoshi was arrested alone. The police only responded to a report from residents without setting any traps.

"No, there were no traps. When we received the information, we wanted to check it directly and it turned out to be true," he explained.

And for the examination process at the BPOM lab, Kompol Vivick stated that it will be conducted as soon as possible. "As soon as possible. It's only temporary. Saturday and Sunday are days off, so it will be on Monday (11/5)," he added.
