Wanda Harra Reported to the Police Under the Article of Religious Defamation, The Reporter Hopes Nagita Slavina Will Also Be Examined as a Witness

Kapanlagi.com - Wanda Harra, also known as Irwansyah, was reported to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police by a lawyer named Muhammad Rizky Abdullah. The fashion stylist is charged under Article 156 A of the Criminal Code concerning crimes against religion and belief following her wearing a veil at Ustaz Hanan Attaki's religious gathering.

When attending the gathering, Wanda was accompanied by several female celebrities. Muhammad Rizky Abdullah hopes that the names present will also be examined as witnesses.

"As we all know, there were many artists there (at the gathering). We have informed the investigators that those present, their entourage, must also be examined," said Muhammad Rizky Abdullah when met at the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police on Wednesday night (24/7/2024).

1. Possibility of Being Asked to Wear a Veil

Muhammad Rizky Abdullah requested that the artists be investigated because it could be that Wanda Hara wears a veil at someone else's request. As is known, in the widely circulated photo, there are figures of Nagita Slavina, Syahnaz Sadiqah, and Gya Sadiqah.

"Because it could be that Wanda Hara wears it like that at the request of one of those artists, or it is indeed her own desire, or what exactly it is. For example, there is Nagita Slavina, Syahnaz, Raffi Ahmad's sister, then there is Shandy Purnamasari, the wife of Mr. Juragan 99, and others," he said.

2. Could Be Status Elevated to Suspect

Furthermore, Muhammad Rizky Abdullah hopes that Nagita Slavina and the others are ready to be examined as witnesses. It is not impossible for the status of the witnesses to be elevated to suspects.

"Well, later Insha Allah they will be called to be witnesses. However, it is not impossible for the status of those witnesses to rise to suspects. Because they could be involved in order to help the reported party do that," he emphasized.

3. Request for the Public to Monitor the Case

Muhammad Rizky Abdullah does not yet know when Wanda Hara and the witnesses will be questioned. He asks all Muslims in Indonesia to monitor the progress of his report.

"After the report is submitted, there will be a follow-up process. Hopefully, this can be processed soon. We will monitor it, and our fellow Muslims will also monitor this case," he requested.

"We must not let it hang, stop halfway; it has to be resolved. So that it serves as a lesson for the LGBT community that this needs to be healed. We are just waiting for information from the investigators later," he concluded.
