Without Warning, Ricky Siahaan Collapsed Five Minutes After Performing - Healthy and Happy During the Tour

The return of Ricky Siahaan felt sudden for those closest to him. There were no signs indicating that the guitarist of Seringai would leave forever just moments after performing.

Wendi Putranto, the manager of the band Seringai, stated that Ricky did not have any health issues before departing on tour. Even during the tour, Ricky seemed to truly enjoy every performance.

"So indeed, before departing, there were no health problems; the deceased was in good health and thoroughly enjoyed this tour," said Wendi, when met at the Sentosa Funeral Home RSPAD Gatot Subroto, Central Jakarta, Thursday (24/4/2025). Here are the details.

Ricky was known to have experienced a heart attack in 2014. He even had two stents placed to assist his heart. However, after that, his condition remained stable without significant complaints.

"So this is his second heart attack, the first one was a long time ago in 2014. After the first attack, he had two stents placed, and after that, there was nothing else," said Wendi.

What surprised everyone was that Ricky still looked happy and fit just a few minutes before collapsing. In fact, his appearance that night was described as very energetic and full of spirit.

"That's why what was shocking yesterday was that just five minutes after performing, the situation was still very happy, because maybe friends have also seen the videos on social media that at the last concert there were no signs of him being exhausted or tired," explained Wendi.

According to Wendi, Ricky remained as energetic as ever when he was on stage. There was not a single change that indicated his body was not well. "Yes, Ricky is indeed the Ricky we always know, always energetic on stage," said Wendi.

After performing, Ricky briefly interacted with his colleagues. Everyone felt happy about the concert that night, before suddenly a moment of sorrow enveloped them. "So after chatting for a bit, just a glance, five minutes later he suddenly collapsed," Wendi said.

The last concert of Seringai took place in Tokyo as part of the Wolves of East Asia Tour 2025. That night became a closing stage full of spirit as well as a farewell stage.
