Witness from Ammar Zoni Absent in Trial, Divorce Decision Read on February 1

Kapanlagi.com - The divorce trial of Irish Bella and Ammar Zoni has entered its final stage, with only two opportunities left for the reading of conclusions and the announcement of the decision through e-court.

Nurul Amalia, Irish Bella's legal representative, revealed this after the continuation of the trial at the Depok Religious Court on Thursday (18/1/2024).

"So, the agenda for replication, rejoinder, and evidence has been completed. The next hearing will be through e-court again with the agenda of conclusions," said Nurul after the trial on Thursday (18/1/2024).

"The decision has also been determined, which will be on February 1. The conclusion is scheduled for January 25 and the decision will be announced on February 1," she added.

1. Conclusion Through E-court

Nurul Amalia added that the conclusion reading for both parties will be conducted through e-court. Therefore, the plaintiff and defendant do not need to attend the trial.

"The conclusions from each of the plaintiff and defendant will be done through e-court, so there is no face-to-face hearing. The decision is also the same, there is no face-to-face hearing," said Nurul.

2. Witnesses Not Present

The trial that day was scheduled with witnesses from the defendant's side, but Jon Mathias, Ammar Zoni's legal representative, did not bring any witnesses to the trial.

"Today there are still witnesses from the defendant, but the defendant did not bring any witnesses, so it is sufficient," concluded Amalia.

3. Irish Bella and Ammar Zoni's Divorce

Irish Bella filed for divorce from Ammar Zoni on Monday, November 6, 2023, with case number 3153/Pdt.G/2023/PA Depok. Their first divorce hearing was held on Thursday (16/11/2023).
