When asked about it, Theo Cosner, who was at the Metro Jaya Police Headquarters on Wednesday (28/9/2021), initially refused to reveal. "I'm just here to have coffee with a friend," said Theo.

Pressured, Theo finally spoke up. He admitted that his meeting with Rizki Billar and Lesti was just a normal meeting between friends, not between a lawyer and his client.
"Yesterday was a normal meeting, as friends," said Theo Cosner.
Theo Cosner also stated that he cannot currently represent Rizky Billar or Lesti to discuss the issues surrounding the newlyweds who have received criticism and threats of being reported to the police. He claimed that he has not been officially appointed as the legal representative of Lesti and Rizky Billar.
"I cannot represent (Billar and Lesti). Because yesterday was just a meeting to chat, I know Rizky Billar, Lesti too. So, just a normal chat," said Theo.
When asked if Billar and Lesti discussed the criticism and threats from netizens in that meeting, Theo refused to comment. "I have no comment on that," he said.
He also admitted that he did not know the attitude of Billar and Lesti in facing the criticism and threats. Will they bring the matter to the legal domain or not?
"I don't know yet," said Theo Cosner. "I said no. Later, friends will know. Just wait for the development," he said.
Theo further stated his view as someone who understands the law. According to him, the threats and criticism made by Mila and some netizens towards Rizky Billar are only for seeking popularity. For him, it is actually Rizky Billar and Lesti who should report to the police as they are considered to have suffered losses from the criticism and threats.
"In my personal opinion as a lawyer, it's just a comedy, a joke. Maybe (they take advantage) Billar is famous, he (then) wants to be famous too, like that. If we talk about the ITE Law, it should be the one who reports that has suffered," said Theo.
