Kapanlagi.com - Dangdut singer Dewi Perssik has once again donated sacrificial animals during this year's Idul Adha celebration. This year, Depe, as she is affectionately known, sacrificed 17 cows spread across several regions. Interestingly, she named two of the cows that were sacrificed in Jakarta, "Upin" and "Ipin".
According to Depe, the names are not just a joke or something funny. She admitted that she gave those names as a symbol of hope to soon be reunited with a life partner.
"I named the cows Upin and Ipin, their names are Upin and Ipin. Even though Upin and Ipin are both male, I hope they represent a pair. In the sense that previously the cow was single in Jakarta, since I live here, I want two now, so that someday this can represent that, so I can find a partner too, hence two," Dewi said when met in the Lebak Bulus area of South Jakarta on Friday (6/5/2025).
Regarding romance, Dewi is not closing herself off. She stated that her heart is now ready to open a new chapter after going through various experiences in the past.
"If opening my heart, I'm ready. When has Dewi Perssik ever been traumatized? It's just that now it's up to God's will, who knows what is best for me," said the owner of the real name Dewi Murya Agung.
Although many are praying for her to get married again soon, Dewi does not want to rush. She prefers to take the process of getting to know someone slowly so as not to repeat the same mistakes.
"So if someone says 'Come on, hurry up', I would say I'm not looking to rush, I'm afraid it will turn out like before. What matters is to get married immediately, right? So what I really want is to truly get to know each other now, to get acquainted, to understand what the person is like, slowly but surely," she said.

Dewi feels grateful to be accompanied by Rosa Meldianti, her niece who came with her husband during the night of Takbir. Their presence makes Dewi feel not alone in celebrating Idul Adha.
"So alhamdulillah she can entertain me. She came with her husband, brought food too, and I also said, 'Accompany me later so I can be alone'. Alhamdulillah she can also accompany me here," she concluded.
