Senior dangdut singer Iis Dahlia, Devano's mother, expressed her support for her son's relationship with Baila, which appears affectionate and mutually supportive. Iis Dahlia admitted that she feels amused watching the interactions between Devano and Baila.
"It's cute to see them, because when Baila Fauri has an event, the younger brother (Devano) supports her. Likewise, if the younger one has an activity here, Baila Fauri supports him too. They really support each other," she said during the Pagi Pagi Ambyar event on TransTV.
Furthermore, Iis Dahlia explained that she knows Baila Fauri quite well. She considers Baila to be a good and mature person.
"Baila Fauri is also a funny kid. She has often come to our house. When she comes over, we at home call Devano 'the younger one,' and then Baila Fauri also joins in calling Devano that, it's cute how they are," she added.
Iis Dahlia emphasizes the importance of support in their relationships. She feels happy to see her children able to establish healthy and positive relationships. Iis gives Devano freedom but still informs him of the boundaries in his relationship with their second child.
"Yes, now the kids really feel it, you know, because they are already adults. So I really feel sad when talking about them. Regarding relationships, I have explained that if you like someone of the opposite sex, it's normal, right? The important thing is that we always inform them of the boundaries," she stated.

Iis Dahlia also revealed that she has already met Baila Fauri's family. This indicates that the relationship between Devano and Baila involves not only the two of them but also their respective families.
"Yesterday when Baila Fauri performed and went (to America) with her mother, yes (I have met the family)," concluded Iis Dahlia.
