To cope with uncertain jobs, Dessy opened a new culinary business called Taichan Biduan. Starting as an online business, Dessy later opened a restaurant in the Cibinong area, Bogor.

"The recipe for Taichan Biduan is all based on family recipes. I thought that the entertainment industry wouldn't last long, so I started a culinary business. If the culinary business can continue, even though it has its ups and downs, I will run it because this business is like a singing job, sometimes busy, sometimes quiet. I just have to stay committed," she continued.

2. International Customers

One interesting thing about Taichan Biduan is the pare taichan menu. This menu has made many people curious and it has even been ordered by people from neighboring countries.

"Many people order pare taichan even from overseas. Singapore, and even Mecca, people who are on pilgrimage," she continued.

Ruri Repvblik has also tasted the deliciousness of Dessy's Taichan satay. "The satay is almost the same, but what sets it apart is the seasoning and the delicious taste. I heard that this recipe has been passed down for 10 years and it has just opened here. The spiciness is just right and it doesn't cause stomachache," Ruri concluded.
