"Actually, from the beginning, it was a form of investment, but coincidentally we love going to Bali, so occasionally we can make it a place to stay. But our main goal is for commercial purposes, because personally I see the potential is huge. Many outsiders are interested in coming to Bali," said Rizky Billar as quoted by detikhot, on Monday (28/10/2024).
This villa that is currently under construction is designed with a modern concept tailored to meet the needs of foreign tourists.
"For that, I have entrusted it to my architect friend, he understands. Generally, we want something modern. Our target market is foreigners, so we are adjusting to the needs of foreign people," he said.
Rizky Billar emphasized that the villa's design will create a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere, with various complete facilities to support an optimal stay experience.
It is not impossible that Billar and his wife could enjoy their old age by settling in Bali. The construction has already begun, if not now, when else?
"Yes, that was a long-term investment, we don’t know, right, in our old age we want to live comfortably, eliminate the fatigue of routine, we might just stay there," he concluded.
