Queen Elizabeth joined the procession carrying the coffin of Prince Philip from Windsor Castle to St. George's Chapel in a royal car. Meanwhile, other senior members of the royal family accompanied by walking.

The Queen also wore a mask, hiding her grieving face for the departure of Prince Philip, who had been her husband for 73 years.

The St. George's Chapel vault will only be a temporary resting place for Prince Philip. When Queen Elizabeth passes away in the future, Prince Philip's body will be transferred to the Royal Burial Ground at Frogmore Estate near Windsor Castle, next to the Queen.
