Kate Middleton Has Completed Chemotherapy, Declared Cured from Cancer

Through a post on the official Instagram account @princeandprincessofwales, the wife of Prince William expressed her relief at having gone through those difficult times.

"As summer comes to an end, I cannot express how relieved I feel to have finally completed my chemotherapy treatment," Kate wrote in her statement.

Kate admitted that the last nine months have been a heavy trial for her family as they struggled against cancer. Kate revealed that she will be undergoing a lighter schedule for the remainder of 2024

Although she has been declared cancer-free, Kate emphasized that her current focus is to fully recover because the process is longer than undergoing chemotherapy.

"The last nine months have been very difficult for us as a family. Life, as you know, can change in an instant and we have to find a way to navigate through stormy waters and the unknown path," wrote Kate Middleton

"Doing whatever I can to stay cancer-free is now my focus," said Kate.

Prince William also revealed that his wife's condition is improving as she meets with supporters during a visit in Llanelli, Wales.

He expressed gratitude for the support given to Kate during her treatment. Hopefully, Kate can fully recover and resume her usual activities.

4. Starting to Be Active in Royal Activities

After undergoing abdominal surgery in January and discovering cancer cells during examinations, Kate Middleton has been undergoing chemotherapy since March 2024.

Kate will attend certain public events as part of her gradual return to royal duties. Decisions regarding her activities in 2025 will depend on medical advice.
