"At that time, I was practicing reading a mantra, alone at home. There was only the maid who was sleeping," Niken recounted. But suddenly, a loud 'thud' sound was heard that made her pause for a moment.

"Even though nothing fell, and the door wasn't slammed. I checked everything, and it was all safe, but the sound was really real," she expressed. Niken also thought that maybe it had something to do with the mantra she was reading. The character Pakunjara that she was portraying indeed has a spiritual background and another world, so the atmosphere of practicing the mantra felt intense, especially when done alone in a quiet house!

This incident certainly adds a unique color to the shooting experience of the actors, and further strengthens the mystical aura of the film 'Penjagal Iblis Dosa Keturunan' which is set to be released soon.

Besides Niken, Satine Zaneta has to undergo serious physical preparation. Her role demands high stamina and complex choreography skills. "At that time, I was actually underweight, so I had to hit the gym to increase my muscle mass by 5 kg in 2-3 months, while also learning choreography," Satine shared. She added that her scenes not only drain energy but also require high focus because there are many movements that must be precise.

Meanwhile, Niken Anjani faces a different challenge while portraying the character Pakunjara, a mysterious figure hundreds of years old with a frail body. "Stamina has to remain strong, but I also shouldn't look too athletic, so I was advised to do light exercise only," said Niken. According to her, the character Pakunjara is really far from her own personality.  

"Completely 180 degrees different from me. Fortunately, this is a fictional character, because he has no relationship with other humans, at most with supernatural beings," he said while laughing. One of the biggest challenges for Niken is memorizing the incantations that the character Pakunjara has to say.

One interesting question posed to the cast was about the coolest or most memorable scene during the shooting process. Their answers unanimously pointed to one scene, which is the argument scene in the trailer.

The cast revealed that during the argument scene in the trailer, there were many details and choreography that had to be memorized. They admitted that this scene was not only intense emotionally but also technically. "This becomes a key element for the film, so we have to be completely into it," said Satin Zaneta.  

Director Tommy Dewo also explained that the scene was indeed designed to be one of the highlights of the film. "We want the audience to feel the tension and inner conflict of the characters, and this scene plays a big role in that," he explained.  

The film PENJAGAL IBLIS: DOSA TURUNAN combines elements of horror, psychological drama, and a family mystery full of puzzles. With a talented cast and mature direction, this film has become one of the most anticipated horror films of the year.
