JANIN IBLIS NERAKA tells the story of a newlywed couple, Dika (Samuel Rizal) and Ranti (Aliyah Faizah), who move into their newly purchased house. After moving into their new home, Ranti starts experiencing strange things and having nightmares. She tells Dika about it, but Dika thinks it's just a mere dream.
In a nutshell, Dika goes on a business trip for 3 months. When he returns, Ranti surprises him with the news that she's pregnant. Dika is confused because he believes he never had any intimate relationship with Ranti. This confusion and suspicion cause them to lose trust in each other, leading to a prolonged issue. Eventually, Dika is visited by a mysterious man named Galang (Yama Carlos), who unveils the mystery behind what's happening to Dika's family and the house they live in.
