This film tells the story of Pram, played by Jourdy Pranata, a young man who often feels lonely because he doesn't receive love from his parents. He fills this emptiness in his life by playing music and creating songs. Eventually, he decides to work at a music cafe where he meets and gets to know Niskala, played by Prilly Latuconsina.
Niskala is a girl with bipolar disorder, she often experiences drastic mood swings. Previously, Pram did not know that Niskala had bipolar disorder. However, since Niskala became close with Pram, her life has changed.
