A festive night full of sparkle enveloped the gala premiere of the film CALL FROM THE GRAVE held by Malam Mencekam and Maxima Pictures. Behind the luxury of the event, a mystical atmosphere slowly crept in, as if signaling that the story presented on screen would not only be mere entertainment but would also haunt the audience's minds starting August 14, 2025.

This event was attended by the cast, director, producer, and executive producer. The film "Call from the Grave" stars Nirina Zubir, Firzanah Alya, Nugie, Muthia Datau, and Septian Dwi Cahyo, directed by Dyan Sunu Prastowo. The story tells of a family that loses their daughter, but the child's death becomes the beginning of a series of terrors coming from the grave.

For Nirina Zubir, who plays the character Alya, this film is not just about fear. "In this film, I play as a mother who loses her child. It's not just horror that I feel, but also an incredible pain. So, audiences shouldn't be surprised if this film scares them while also making their hearts ache," she expressed seriously.

Nugie, who plays Raka, emphasizes that the horror in this film has a deeper dimension. "This is not just a horror that relies on ghosts. There is a lingering sense of loss, and that makes everything scarier. Because when that feeling arises, you will start to hear calls from the grave," he added.

Extreme experiences were also felt by Firzanah Alya while playing the character Yasmin. "The most difficult scene was when I had to lie in a morgue, wrapped in a cloth, and hold my breath. I did that myself without a stunt double. It felt cold, silent, and terrifying. Even my parents who watched the shooting cried," she recounted.

With a mix of classic horror, deep emotions, and extreme scenes performed live by the actors, Panggilan dari Kubur is touted to be one of the most memorable Indonesian horror films of the year. This film will be released simultaneously in cinemas across Indonesia starting August 14, 2025, ready to test the courage while touching the hearts of its viewers.
