One Family Stars in a Film Together, Dwi Sasono & Widi Mulia Present 'SUPER ECONOMICAL FAMILY' Full of Laughter and Meaning

The SUPER THRIFTY FAMILY film also stars a lineup of famous comedians such as Indro Warkop, Onadio Leonardo, Coki Pardede, Oki Rengga, and Oza Rangkuti. Their presence adds a humorous spice throughout the story, making this film suitable for family viewing. Indro Warkop even delivers a wise message in his signature style.

"In my youth, being thrifty was a choice. Now? It's a lifestyle! But if being thrifty comes with laughter, that's truly extraordinary," he said.

One of the most special moments in this film is when Dwi Sasono and his family perform the legendary song Rumah Kita by God Bless as the soundtrack. The new arrangement is touching and fits perfectly with the spirit of the film: simple, warm, and still festive.

Dwi Sasono also shared his unique and humorous experience while acting with his own family. "Filming with family feels like shooting, but at home. The only difference is now if the kids misbehave, we can just redo the take, not just scold them," Dwi said with a laugh.

Widi Mulia, the wife, admitted that she did not expect her lifestyle to inspire the main character in this film. "All this time I have been known for being fussy about saving at home, and now I've become the main character! This film made me realize that my lifestyle can be a national spectacle," said Widi jokingly.

Directed by Danial Rifki, the film KELUARGA SUPER IRIT is adapted from the best-selling comic published by BIP Gramedia. The story in the film has been adjusted to the culture and daily life of the Indonesian people, making it feel very relevant and close to the lives of many families.

This film is scheduled to be released simultaneously in all cinemas in Indonesia starting June 12, 2025. With a simple yet powerful message, combined with a fresh comedic tone, KELUARGA SUPER IRIT is expected to touch hearts while also tickling the funny bone.
