Play Aurora in the movie 'NKCTHI', Sheila Dara Aisha actually feels a lot in common with the character Awan

Kapanlagi.com - Sheila Dara Aisha is involved in the latest film directed by Angga Dwimas Sasongko, NANTI KITA CERITA TENTANG HARI INI (NKCTHI). She plays the character Aurora, who is the older sister of the character Awan played by Rachel Amanda.

When met in Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta, recently, Sheila admitted that she felt like Awan, the main character. Although she herself is the second child of three siblings, just like Aurora, she feels more treated like the youngest child, just like Awan in her own family.

"The similarity might be that we both can have our own world in the midst of crowds, but honestly, in my own family, I feel like Awan. Because I am the middle child, my family is more protective of me because I am a girl, so I feel more similar to the character Awan," said Sheila Dara.

1. Character of the Middle Child

Sheila revealed that Aurora is the middle child among three siblings. According to her, this makes Aurora feel confused.

"Maybe because Aurora is the middle child among three siblings. In a family with three children, attention often falls on the youngest child, and responsibility falls on the oldest child, so the middle child tends to feel confused," she said.

2. A Challenging Character

Sheila revealed that the character she portrays is someone who achieves but doesn't receive enough attention from her parents. She also admitted that her character is quite difficult and challenging to play because it relies more on gestures and facial expressions to convey emotions.

"Well, Aurora often achieves but feels rarely appreciated by her family. So she's used to suppressing her emotions until she becomes envious. That's what makes it somewhat difficult because there are many emotions that are suppressed, and I have to convey what Aurora feels through gestures and facial expressions," she concluded.
