The film 'BLOOD TRAIN' tells the story of the beginning of the journey of two siblings named Kembang and Purnama before the terrifying terror that awaits them. This incident starts from Kembang and Purnama who want to enjoy a vacation and go to a resort located in a remote area. To get there, they have to travel by the Sangkara train. At first, their journey seemed fine, there was nothing suspicious. However, strange events began to emerge when the train they were riding passed tunnel after tunnel. The terror of sadistic supernatural creatures began to haunt the passengers of the train.

The situation became more tense every time the train passed through a tunnel. One by one, train cars would disappear, and there were also many other terrifying events lurking for all the passengers of the Sangkara train. The passengers tried every way to survive because their lives were at stake in that journey.

Obstacles after obstacles were ready to terrorize them in every tunnel they would pass. Purnama and Kembang must work together with Tekun and one of the train stewardesses to devise strategies to avoid greater threats in the final tunnel.
