Anas Alimi as the producer explained that the film TERIMA KASIH EMAK TERIMA KASIH ABAH has the same background story as the TV series KELUARGA CEMARA. However, the story is not connected to the film KELUARGA CEMARA by Visinema Gambar, which starred Ringgo Agus Rahman, Nirina Zubir, and Adhisty Zara.
"This film is based on a novel with the same title published by Mas Rudi Gunawan. However, these cast members have indeed worked together in the TV series KELUARGA CEMARA. But, in terms of characters and names, nothing is the same as the film KELUARGA CEMARA," said Anas when met in the Rasuna Said area, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (4/3).

In addition, Novia Kolopaking as Emak's actress expressed her happiness to be able to meet and reunite with the cast of the TV series KELUARGA CEMARA. She also hopes that this film can convey many simple yet good moral messages for families in Indonesia.
"Everyone has problems and in this film, nothing is complicated or dramatized. Everything is simple and complicated, but we can solve problems with a smile. We want to portray that a family should always be sincere, grateful, and ask," said Novia.
The film TERIMA KASIH EMAK TERIMA KASIH ABAH is planned to be released simultaneously in all cinemas nationwide on April 16th. This film showcases the acting skills of Adi Kurdi, Novia Kolopaking, Ceria Hade, Anisa Fujianti, and Pudji Lestari that have already become beloved by the public.
