In this film, she plays the role of Associate Production Designer, and also contributes to the creation of character costumes such as Asha, King Magnifico, Queen Amaya, Valentino, and Star.

This is not the first time for her, as she has also been involved in the creation of popular Disney character costumes, one of which is leading the design of Anna's costume in the film FROZEN 2. 

Griselda also revealed that her involvement in the film WISH was a unique and memorable experience because this film has a special storyline and is inspired by Disney's 100-year journey.

5. Combining Multiple Ethnicities for Character Costumes

In the Disney's "Wish" Hometown Hero Tour press conference, As a character costume designer, Griselda Sastrawinata said that she presents a contemporary concept that combines modern outfits with ethnic touches for Asha's character costume.

For Asha's costume itself, Griselda combines the concept of 2 races, namely Europe and North Africa, which are the ethnic origins of both parents. In this film, Asha has a mixed race. Asha's father is from Europe and her mother is from North Africa. The concept of Asha's costume is designed by adding silhouettes that take inspiration from the medieval style, but with accents from North Africa.

In addition to Asha, Griselda also explained the costume design for the character King Magnifico, which includes details inspired by the golden stars found in medieval ceiling architecture.
