Coming to Indonesia, INSHALLAH A BOY Actor Mohammed Al Jizawi Happy to be Warmly Welcomed

Kapanlagi.com - INSHALLAH A BOY, one of the films from Jordan, made history as the first film from the country to be screened at the Cannes Film Festival and selected for prestigious awards such as the Academy Award or the Oscars.

Now, Amjad Al-Rasheed's debut film is the opening film at the Jakarta World Cinema Week (JWCW) 2023 and one of its actors, Mohammad Al Jizawi, is specially present in Indonesia to greet his fans.

Upon stepping foot for the first time, Mohammad Al Jizawi expressed his happiness. Because the people in Indonesia are very friendly and always smiling.

"This is my first time here. When I entered Indonesia, it was very comfortable, the people are friendly, always smiling, and kind," said Mohammad Al Jizawi during a casual conversation with the media in Mampang, South Jakarta, on Saturday (11/11/2023).

He also revealed his experience tasting various Indonesian specialties.

"At first I was hesitant, afraid. But after trying it, I liked it," said Mohammad Al Jizawi with a smile.

Having a pleasant experience, he wants to find out more about Indonesia and hopes to come back to Indonesia for a vacation with his friends.

"I really like Indonesia and its people are kind, I will come back here with my friends for a vacation," said Mohammad Al Jizawi.

At the end of the interview, Mohammad Al Jizawi thanked for being warmly welcomed and he also expressed his happiness, INSHALLAH A BOY will be the opening film for JWCW 2023 which will take place from November 11 to 18, 2023.

"Thank you for choosing my film to be the opening film at JWCW. Why my film was chosen, I don't really understand. But one thing for sure, the film INSHALLAH A BOY conveys something good," he said.
