'MORTAL KOMBAT' Movie Releases Character Posters, Take a Look at Joe Taslim who Plays Sub-Zero

Kapanlagi.com - Leading up to the release of the MORTAL KOMBAT movie trailer, they officially released several characters that will be featured in the film. Directed by Simon McQuoid and produced by James Wan, they have enlisted several renowned artists including Lewis Tan, Hesica McNamee, Josh Lawson, Tadanobu Asano, Mehcad Brooks, Joe Taslim, and many more. Through their Twitter social media account, they showcased some of the actors and the characters they portray.

The film tells the story of a stranded martial artist named Cole Young. He is unaware that he possesses a secret lineage that makes him the target of Sub-Zero from the Lin-Kuei mercenary clan. This situation raises concerns for the safety of his family, prompting him to seek out a group of chosen fighters to protect Earthrealm in a battle against the forces of Outworld.

Previously, this film was first released in 1995, featuring a story about a tournament held on a remote island. The battles are not only fought by tough fighters from Earth, but also from otherworldly beings known as Outworld.

Furthermore, these battles are based on an agreement, where if Outworld wins the tournament ten times, Emperor Shao Kan will have the right to rule Earth. This naturally leads to the people on Earth not wanting to be ruled by Outworld. Finally, each party submitted three of their best fighters to fight.
