Sequel AVATAR: THE LEGEND OF KORRA Will Air on Netflix

After launching Avatar: The Last Airbender on May 15, 2020, this streaming platform will now release its sequel on August 14, 2020 as reported by IndieWire.com.This American animated series premiered on Nickelodeon from 2012 to 2014 and will continue the story of Aang, the Avatar in the first series, with a new character who is his reincarnation, Korra.In this series, the story focuses on the life of Korra, a hot-tempered woman who lives in a fictional world where only chosen people can control the four elements: water, air, fire, and earth.

As the Avatar in this series, the only person who can control the four elements mentioned earlier, Korra will face the most conflicts throughout the series.Not much different from Aang's adventures, right?Don't worry, to differentiate it, the creators of this animated series, Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko themselves, place the story in a different setting, namely Republic City, a giant metropolis where Aang and Zuko gather people from the four nations and establish the United Republic of Nations.

Most of the story is light-hearted as it focuses on the life of the Avatar.Everywhere, the Avatar should play the role of the protagonist, right? Similarly with this Avatar, behind his good character turns out he is also a stubborn person. But don't be mistaken, Korra is independent and always ready to face the world.
