This news was confirmed by Soundwave, which sent a notification to fans who were supposed to attend Jaehyun's solo fansign event for his debut album today, Thursday (29/8). One fan shared a screenshot containing the notification.
"Hello, this is Soundwave. The fansign event for Jaehyun (JAEHYUN) for the debut album [J] (J Ver.), scheduled for August 29, has been temporarily postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. When a new date is confirmed, you will be informed individually. We ask for your understanding, thank you," read the message sent by Soundwave.

Unlike Jaehyun, whose solo activities are postponed, Mark and Haechan's schedule is also disrupted in their comeback project with NCT Dream. Koreaboo reported that SM Entertainment requested to postpone the fancall event for Mark and Haechan for the album DREAM()SCAPE.
This news was confirmed by a notification message sent by WithMUU to the fancall participants.
"We regret to inform you that at the agency's request, the video call event for NCT DREAM [DREAM()SCAPE] with Mark and Haechan, originally scheduled for this Friday at 10 PM, has been temporarily postponed due to unforeseen issues. We will inform participants individually once the new date and time are confirmed. We ask for your understanding," wrote WithMUU.
