Astrid's YouTube Content with Caessaria Band Results in the Release of 'Gelap Mata' Song

Kapanlagi.com - Unique experiences were had by singer Astrid in her career in the world of music. Some time ago, the performer of Jadikan Aku Yang Kedua created YouTube content with the Caessaria band. However, from this playful act, Astrid and Caessaria became serious and released a duet single titled Gelap Mata.

"Initially, we were just playing around with YouTube content, talking to Musica, and then Kak Astrid was born," said Arin, Caessaria's vocalist, when met in Kemang, South Jakarta, on Sunday (21/5/2023).

One of the things that made Astrid and Caessaria decide to release the single was because of the enthusiasm of the audience after their first video was released on YouTube.

1. Learning a Lot

"At that time, it was just for YouTube, but the response was good, so we released it," said Astrid.

As a senior, Astrid also admitted to learning a lot from Caessaria. Because of the many new experiences from the collaboration they did on their duet single with Caessaria.

"I basically like collaborations, especially with young bands. I also learned a lot from them," said Astrid.

2. Introducing the Single

The first step taken by Astrid and Caessaria to introduce the single that has been included in Caessaria's album entitled Halfstoria was to hold a tour.

Musica Studios, as the record label that oversees them, has prepared a series of tours around Bajawa Coffee under the Find Out Music On or FOMO event.
