Celebrate 30 Years of Creativity, Project Pop Collaborates with Inul Daratista and P-Project

Kapanlagi.com - Project Pop is ready to celebrate their 30-year journey in the music industry with a solo concert titled Forever Young Forever Fun, which will be held at Tennis Indoor Senayan, Central Jakarta, on August 8, 2026.

The group, consisting of Yosi, Udjo, Tika Panggabean, Gugum, and Odie, is also preparing several special collaborations. Tika Panggabean revealed that the concert will feature several musicians from different generations who have a close relationship with Project Pop's career journey.

"If there will be guests, the first one is P Project, our seniors," said Tika Panggabean when met in the Senayan area, Central Jakarta, on Friday (10/07/2026).

1. Respect the Seniors

According to Tika, the presence of P-Project serves as a form of respect to the senior group that inspired the birth of Project Pop. In addition, they also invited Inul Daratista to perform together.

"Why Inul? She is one of the icons of Indonesian dangdut music. We asked her to sing the song 'Dangdut Is The Music Of My Country' to make it more fun," she said.

2. Hoping Adam Suseno Will Attend

Not only Inul, Project Pop hopes that Adam Suseno can also join in on the fun at the concert. The presence of Inul's husband is considered to add a comedic element that has always been a hallmark of their performances.

"Yes, we hope to get a bonus from Mr. Adam Suseno. We think he is very funny if he can be on stage later," she said.

3. Collaborating with NPD

In addition, Project Pop is also collaborating with the New Pusat Dunia (NPD) group. According to Tika, many believe that the musical style of NPD has a vibe reminiscent of Project Pop, making it suitable to represent the younger generation at the concert.

"Many people think that NPD's songs are very much like Project Pop. That's why we invited them on stage to represent Gen Z," Tika said.
