Dikta Leaves as Vocalist, Yovie & Nuno Announce New Formation

Kapanlagi.com - After Pradikta Wicaksono or Dikta left on June 1, 2022, Yovie & Nuno finally announced their new formation. The band formed by Yovie Widianto has recruited two new vocalists, Adhyra Yudhi and Chico Andreas.

Now the band, formed in 2001, has a fresh formation with 2 vocalists. They are Muchamad Ahadiyat (guitar), Ady Julian (keyboard), Adhyra Yudhi (vocals), and Chico Andreas (vocals).

With their new formation, Yovie & Nuno are already active and preparing new songs produced by Ari Renaldi and Yovie Widianto.

"The latest single from Yovie & Nuno with their new formation will be released soon," said Yovie & Nuno's representatives in a press release on Monday (6/6).

2. Frequent Personnel Changes

Personnel changes in the music group Yovie & Nuno have occurred frequently. The first time they appeared in 2001, Yovie & Nuno consisted of Yovie Widianto, Muchamad Ahadiyat, Dudi Oris, Yuke Sampurna, and Rere Reza.

Subsequently, the band that successfully captured the hearts of Indonesian music listeners through hit songs such as Indah Kuingat Dirimu, Janji Di Atas Ingkar, Lebih Dekat Denganmu Nanti, and Dia Milikku experienced personnel changes.

In 2019, the band's founder and frontman, Yovie Widianto, resigned and continued his role behind the scenes as a producer. His position as a keyboardist was continued by Ady Julian, completing the formation of Muchamad Ahadiyat, Pradikta Wicaksono, and Arya Windura.

Arya then announced his resignation from the position of vocalist in 2021. Later, Dikta became the last name to decide to leave and seek new challenges after 15 years with Yovie & Nuno.
