Eclat Story Explains the Form of Love Through Their Debut Album

Kapanlagi.com - The band Eclat Story has finally released their debut full album titled Bentuk Cinta. Collaborating with the record company Jagonya Musik dan Sport Indonesia (JMSI), Eclat Story's debut album CD is distributed at KFC outlets throughout Indonesia.

Steve Lillywhite, who is the CEO of JMSI, played a crucial role in the creation of the album Bentuk Cinta. He finally believed that it was time for Eclat Story to present an album after the success of their single Bentuk Cinta.

1. Album Name Selection

Bentuk Cinta (The Shape of Love) was ultimately chosen as the name of Eclat Story's debut album. This is because, in the album containing 10 songs, the band consisting of Yeshua Abraham (vocals), Louis Xander (guitar), and Yosua Gunawan (music producer) tells stories about love with all its problems.

"The common thread is that love comes in various forms, no matter what its name is, it will be felt as love. Why did you name your album Bentuk Cinta? Because everything is about love, there are stages of relationships, there is a third love, and so on," said Louis.

2. Wrapped in Cheerful Music

However, all 10 love songs in this album are wrapped in cheerful music. Steve Lillywhite even said that it is an album suitable for listening in the morning. The three members of Eclat Story agreed with what Steve said.

"In this album, there are no sad songs, so it's perfect for a morning song. So, during this pandemic, why be sad all the time? So, the songs are indeed cheerful," added Yosua Gunawan.

In this album, Eclat Story also collaborated with two female musicians. In the song Cinta Segitiga (Love Triangle), Eclat Story collaborated with Misellia. Meanwhile, for the song Luluh (Crumbled), they collaborated with Kezia Amelia, who happens to be Yosua's wife.

3. Starting from Cover Songs

As known, this band formed in 2015 was initially known for their ability to cover songs from many famous singers. However, as time went by, changes in personnel and their musical maturity made Eclat Story now focused on becoming a professional band that wants to be known for their own works.

"Our main focus now is on creating and producing our own songs," Yeshua emphasized.

4. Productive during the Pandemic
