Fulfill the Wife's Desire, Ravel Entertainment Promoter Brings Green Day to Indonesia

Kapanlagi.com - Green Day is confirmed to perform at Carnaval Ancol, North Jakarta on February 15, 2025. This news was conveyed directly by Ravel Entertainment CEO, Ravel Junardy, in a press conference in the Menteng area, Central Jakarta, on Wednesday (15/8/2024).

"Thank God, we can bring Green Day. We did research, we researched from Spotify. I decided okay, let's take Green Day as part of 10 years of Hammersonic," said Ravel.

Ravel also shared that bringing Green Day to Indonesia was not an easy task. The process took quite a long time, and he even flew to Los Angeles.

1. Another Reason to Invite Green Day

"We know they are a big band and quite hard to get. I was invited to come to LA," he said.

Furthermore, Ravel explained another reason why they wanted to bring Green Day. He admitted that this was one of his beloved wife's wishes to bring the band, which consists of Billie Joe, Mike Dirnt, and Tré Cool, to Indonesia.

"Actually, Green Day is my wife's wish. So the process was quite long, we wanted to do something different. Finally, they confirmed a few months ago and we decided to announce today," Ravel said.

Regarding ticket prices, Green Day concert tickets will be available for purchase starting August 27, 2024, at 15:00 WIB through www.greendayjkt.com. For more information, you can visit Instagram @ravelentertainment.

"If the carnival can reach 70 thousand, but we won't open all of it. So only a portion will be opened for Green Day. Tickets go on sale starting August 27, 2024. So we will open all from category one, two, and three," concluded Ravel.
