Kapanlagi.com - Glitter, an energetic and cheerful girl group, officially launched their debut EP titled We Are Glitter under the banner of Trinity Optima Production. This EP contains four songs that reflect the spirit of children with cheerful and inspirational music.
This EP involves renowned producers such as Patrick Effendy and Tatsuro Miller. Glitter presents music that can be enjoyed by both children and parents. After the success of their pre-debut single Kata Ajaib, which is a cover of Naura Ayu's hit song, Glitter is increasingly confident in stepping into the children's music industry.
The group consists of four talented members aged nine to eleven years, namely Callista Aurellia, Kanaya Mia, Luna Allegra, and Maria Kimberly. All four bring unique characters that make them new idols for young listeners.
"Glitter was formed to provide the right entertainment options for children," said Simhala Avadana, A&R of Trinity Optima Production and one of the composers of the EP We Are Glitter.
"The world of children is a world full of imagination, honest and fun things, this is the foundation for us to form this group," he continued.
He also added that the music in this EP is created with pop melodies, repetitive lyrics, and is easy to sing along, to create enjoyable and meaningful moments of togetherness.

One of the main songs in this EP, Shining, raises the theme of the importance of finding the "shine" within oneself. Through the lyrics, "Among millions of people / It's okay to be different / Believe that we are special," Glitter wants to encourage children to be confident and proud of their uniqueness.
Meanwhile, the song Besties celebrates friendship with a cheerful tune and fun lyrics, such as "Difficult lessons are not a problem / With my besties, we solve the answers / Whatever, I'm happy to have fun / As long as I'm with my besties."
Dwi Santoso, Head of A&R at Trinity Optima Production, highlighted the unique approach taken by Glitter. "We see an opportunity to introduce the value of teamwork through music. Glitter's journey reflects the values of cooperation, hard work, and preparation. We want to show children that success can be achieved through dedication and effort," he stated.
To achieve the best quality in their performance, the members of Glitter undergo more than 1,000 hours of training that includes vocals, choreography, and various workshops to hone their skills as entertainers. Supported by close collaboration between parents, the label team, and mentors, Glitter is ready to take a bigger step in the music industry.
As a complement, Glitter also released a music video for their main single Berkilau, produced by VZLSM and directed by Rayhan Dharmawan. In this video, each member has a unique icon representing their character: a shooting star for Luna, a heart for Callista, a flower for Kimmy, and a butterfly for Mia.
The EP We Are Glitter is now available on various digital streaming platforms, while the music video for Berkilau can be watched on the official YouTube channel of Trinity Optima Production. Glitter's presence in the children's music industry is expected to be a breath of fresh air and inspire the younger generation to keep dreaming and shining.
