Lifting the Mental Health Theme, Indra Sinaga Releases Ninth Solo Single Titled 'Bersabarlah'

Kapanlagi.com - Indra Sinaga is releasing a solo single again. This time, the singer, who is familiarly known as Naga, is releasing a single titled Bersabarlah. Interestingly, Bersabarlah addresses the theme of mental health.

Bersabarlah is Indra Sinaga's ninth solo single. Different from his previous solo singles, this time Indra Sinaga addresses the theme of mental health. This single was composed by Nino Mandala.

"The song is quite challenging. Because it's the first time I'm addressing this issue, it's indeed different. I try to feel the ups and downs of life, maybe from my personal life and things that are close to me," said Naga during a press conference in the Cijantung area, East Jakarta, on Thursday (6/27).

Being under the umbrella of Alfa Records, Indra Sinaga admitted that he did not have any significant difficulties during the recording process of this single. In the process, Indra Sinaga tried to explore some of his personal experiences that are related to this single.

One of his personal experiences related to Bersabarlah is when Indra Sinaga and his wife had to wait a long time to have a child.

"The process is fast. In April and May, I listened to the song demo, finally chose Nino's song, alhamdulillah it was approved. Then we produced it, arranged it, recorded the vocals, made the music video, it took about a month," he explained.

2. Will Release an Album

"Ups and downs of feelings, because there were times of boredom, exhaustion, tiredness in facing life, right? How was the situation when it took a long time to have a child. Facing the change from Lyla to Ada Band, it affected my mental state to some extent," he continued.

Through the single Bersabarlah, Indra Sinaga hopes that music listeners can enjoy his work. He also has a desire to compile some of his singles into an album. It is not certain when this solo album can be realized. However, it has already become one of his major agendas.

"I want if my future works can be compiled into an album, so it becomes more colorful," said Naga.
