'Nusantara Virtual Band Competition', A New Breakthrough from CKH Entertainment

Kapanlagi.com - After successfully presenting the sitcom program The KaryaOne, CKH Entertainment is preparing a new breakthrough called 'Nusantara Virtual Band Competition'. Through this event, it is estimated that there will be a total of a thousand bands from the archipelago participating.

According to Ricky Kevin, CEO of CKH Group, this competition format is the first in Indonesia. And he said that the target of a thousand participating bands is not impossible to achieve. Ricky also hopes that this event can enter the MURI record.

"Band competitions at the sub-district level with only modest prizes can be participated by hundreds of participants. Meanwhile, Nusantara Virtual Band Competition will provide prizes worth tens of millions of rupiah to the winners and is planned to involve several famous names in the Indonesian music world," explained Ricky in a press release received by KapanLagi.com.

1. Requirements to Participate in 'Nusantara Virtual Band Competition'

The requirements to participate in the 'Nusantara Virtual Band Competition' are not too complicated. This competition is open to local bands, indie bands, and music enthusiasts from the ages of 15 to 55. Registration can be done by uploading the form at the link HERE.

Participants are also required to record their band's best performance with social distancing format and choose a playlist to cover according to their band's genre. The chosen works by the judges will be uploaded on the CKH Entertainment Youtube Channel and undergo the process of collecting likes from viewers. Participants can see the leader-board rating likes on the official Nusantara VBC website, which will be updated daily.

2. Prizes of Tens of Millions of Rupiah

The 3 winners chosen by the jury will receive prizes of 50, 30, and 20 million rupiah respectively, perform in CKH Group events, and appear in the Nusantara volume 1 compilation album KARYA SANG JUARA. This competition also involves the wider community in determining the favorite winner in the wardrobe, editing, and performance categories, with prizes of 5 million rupiah each.

"The planning for this competition is already complete. We have already kicked off the competition on June 17. In early July, we will start promoting the Nusantara Virtual Band Competition. We have scheduled that by the end of this year, we will be able to determine the winners. And we are currently planning the possibility of holding an offline concert in early 2021 to launch the Karya Sang Juara vol.1 album. We hope for the support of all Indonesian music lovers," said Alex Kioka, the Project Manager of 'Nusantara Virtual Band Competition'.
