Proof Still Exists, Dian Piesesha Releases Song 'Jangan Salah Menilai'

Kapanlagi.com - Dian Piesesha is one of the singers from the 80s who is still actively working in the music industry. The singer, whose voice is still melodious, has just released her latest single titled Jangan Salah Menilai which is a gift as it was released close to her birthday.

Jangan Salah Menilai has been previously sung by several singers, including Tagor Pangaribuan whose video has been watched more than 60 million times. This is a new experience for Dian, as she has always sung her own songs before.

"The recording process was normal, I was called today and tomorrow I took the vocals. Alhamdulillah, I am still blessed with a new voice, new music. It is a bit different from my previous voice," said Dian when recently interviewed.

"There are 3 musicians involved in JK Records, and I happen to have connections outside because I studied abroad. I contacted a friend of mine who is a punk drummer, and we recorded in Italy for only 2 days. There are strings in it, and I asked my friend who is from Brazil but lives in London. Then, there is also paddle stil in the intro part and speed curry session player, Taylor Swift and Blake Shelton," she continued.

After the song was released, Dian's name rose digitally. "When we want to release something, we look at Google Analytics, so we learn from it. Because if you look at Dian's YouTube channel, the 4th country that watches it the most is actually the USA," explained Leonard Kristianto, Producer of JK Record.
