Release of 'Temporary World, Eternal Hereafter 3', Derry Sulaiman Collaborates with Aya Ibrahim

Kapanlagi.com - The songs Temporary World, Eternal Hereafter (DSAS) 1 and 2 by Ustaz Derry Sulaiman were such hits when released. And now, the former Betrayer band guitarist has released the third version with the same title, which he actually composed 3 years ago.

The reason why Derry just released this single is simply because the lyrics are so fitting to describe his current life. And as usual, Derry combines preaching with his own songs.

"This song tells about my daily activities after my conversion. Basically, it's about my daily life in preaching. It's more profound. More serious in its preaching. Preaching is not just giving lectures, preaching is about reaching out to people," said Ustaz Derry recently.

In this song, Derry collaborates with a young musician who is also active as a YouTuber, Aya Ibrahim. It all started from collaborating on creating content together, Derry then invited her to participate in singing Dunia Sementara Akhirat Selamanya 3.

"Now everything can be adjusted. In the past, it was difficult because of ego issues. Now the intention is to spread the message. In this song, Aya also plays the violin. I like it when she plays the violin. At first, I just wanted Aya to play the violin. But then I thought, 'Ah, just join in singing'," said Ustad Derry while laughing.

Collaborating with Derry, of course, made Aya happy. Moreover, during the production process, she didn't face any significant difficulties. "There were no difficulties. The only challenge was coordinating the time. This is not a heavy religious single. It's still pop," concluded Aya.
