Selected Content of the 'BONNIE' Film OST, Matheo In Rio Voices Women's Rights Through Song

Kapanlagi.com - Vocalist of the Metalcore Band Engage In Vengeance, Matheo In Rio, in his first solo project, releases a single titled 'BONNIE'. A song that voices women's rights.

This song is also selected as the original soundtrack of a film produced by Tawang Khan Production House with the same title, 'BONNIE'.

"The BONNIE project has actually been planned for a long time, even before my band Engage In Vengeance released a mini album. The film's producer, who is also the creator of the song BONNIE, Rizal Mamun and Steve Makalew, felt that my vocal character was suitable to fill the soundtrack, and after discussing with my label Kataoila, we finally agreed to work on this song as my solo project," said Matheo in his press release.

The song BONNIE, its lyrics are closely related to the film. The song was created to support the storytelling power in the film BONNIE.

"The song BONNIE actually represents the story of the film, which voices the message about a woman who defends her rights to speak up and defend herself. In the production process, I was assisted by Rizky Erfan (Guitar), Narativv (Bass), and also Rosalinda Christable, Rebecca Patricia, Anabela Winson, and Ste Vla Jang as backing vocals," said Matheo.

Matheo admitted that he is happy to be involved in the film project BONNIE, and he also revealed that the lyrics in the song BONNIE truly represent what he feels as a newcomer in the music industry.
