Jakarta International BNI Java Jazz Festival Announces Lineup of New Musicians
UMI, Lee Ritenour, Tontrakul, Tara Lily, RAN and many more are ready to enliven the BNI Java Jazz Festival 2025.
Kapanlagi.com - Singer Shinta Priwit is back with her latest work after being silent in the music world for quite some time. She announced that she will soon release a song titled "Mari Bagoyang" which is specially designed to celebrate International Dance Day 2025.
Shinta shared this news during a photoshoot session for the song cover. She mentioned that the release process for this song has been planned for a long time but only materialized this year.
"Actually, this song has been made for a long time, but only now is there an opportunity and time to release it, and it is indeed intentionally timed for International Dance Day," said Shinta Priwit when met by the media.
Looking at her career path, Shinta is indeed known for often releasing songs coinciding with certain moments. She uses these moments to convey messages that are relevant to the social and cultural conditions at that time.
Several examples of her previous works were also born from such moments, like the song "Stress Reliever" which was released on Anti-Narcotics Day. There is also the song "Make Your Parents a King" which was released on Elderly Day.
Not only that, when the pandemic hit, Shinta also encouraged the public with the song "Smile My Country". She even released the song "Missing My Hometown Solo" in Javanese as an expression of longing for her hometown during the travel ban.

This series of songs demonstrates her consistency in blending music with current issues and local culture. Shinta seems to have her own unique style in conveying messages through music.
When asked further about the concept of the song "Let’s Dance", Shinta was reluctant to elaborate on the details. Instead, she responded in her characteristic relaxed style.
"I think it’s not necessary to spill more, just from the title it’s already clear that it invites everyone to have fun dancing, for sure," she said while laughing.
Until now, Shinta has not officially announced the release date of the song. She only hopes that the entire process goes smoothly and receives full support from the public.
"The date depends on the heartbeat, for sure just pray for everything to go well, friends and the entire community in the world, may all processes lead to successful and beneficial results," concluded Shinta.
