Tony Q Will be 'Ganged Up On' by NDX AKA, Guyon Waton, and Denny Caknan at Pekan Gembira Ria Vol 7

Kapanlagi.com - This year's Pekan Gembira Ria will once again greet the Penggembira (nickname for its loyal followers). The event, which is now entering its 7th edition, will be held at the West Parking Lot, PRJ Area, Jiexpo, Kemayoran, Jakarta on Saturday, May 11th and Sunday, May 12th, 2024.

This event, also known as Koploday, will feature a lineup of popular koplo ambyar musicians with a unique mission: 'ganging up on' the President of Indonesian Reggae, Tony Q!

"If Pekan Gembira Ria Volume 6 was packed with 30 thousand spectators, on May 11th and 12th, we want to invite even more spectators by inviting all the top koplo ambyar musicians to perform on one stage," said Welly Wijaya representing the promoter, PT Semua Pasti Gembira.

1. Day One and Day Two Rundown

On the first day, May 11, 2024, the Koploday stage will be filled by Aftershine, Denny Caknan who recently became a father with the birth of his first child, Happy Asmara who is already familiar, and closed with the Feel Koplo dance party. It is interesting to anticipate Denny Caknan's performance together with Happy Asmara.

Feel Koplo, which is synonymous with the chant 'don't want to go home, just want to dance', and the recent viral duet: Happy Asmara featuring Aftershine vocalist, Hasan Toys, will perform the song Pupusing Nelongso.

On the second day (May 12, 2024), it's NDX AKA's turn to continue the tradition of performing a special 90-minute show on the PGR stage, followed by Guyon Waton with their signature flash light performance, and Gilga Sahid with their flagship song Nemen. Indonesian Reggae President, Tony Q, will surprise with a fresh collaboration with a special orchestra and singing together with NDX AKA.

Starting from 8 a.m., PGR Vol. 7 prepares a number of fun and entertaining activities for the whole family. For children, there are Pushbike Competitions, Coloring Competitions, and Dance Competitions.
