Vocal Group The RYM'S Releases New Single 'Rinduku', Created in Three Languages

Kapanlagi.com - The vocal group The RYM'S, consisting of Yuyun George, Rey Wowor, and Murni Surbakti, has just released their latest single titled Rinduku. Interestingly, this song is created in three languages, namely Indonesian, English, and Latin. This was intentionally done so that it can be enjoyed and listened to in various parts of the world.

"It was created in Indonesian because that is our language, we are native Indonesians, it's where we were born. It was created in English as the standard language that can be sung and enjoyed by music lovers from around the world," said Rey Wowor in a virtual press conference, some time ago.

"As for Latin, it is the third option, as a sweetener language in the song, so that Latin music enthusiasts also enjoy our song," he continued.

Yuyun George said that the English version of the song Rinduku received support and was translated from Indonesian to English by artist Aprilia Soebroto Hendratmo.

"Aprilia said that this song is very emotional, it made her feelings carried away when reading the lyrics of Rinduku. Thank you so much, Aprilia, for helping to translate the song Rinduku into English. The arrangement of the three songs remains the same," said Yuyun George.

Meanwhile, Francisco Echeverria is a Jazz musician from Ecuador, specifically from the city of Guayaquil who translated the song Rinduku into Latin. He expressed that Rinduku is a very easy listening song.

"I like the lyrics of this song. And I believe that this song will be liked by music enthusiasts in Latin America. The arrangement and the song are enjoyable and satisfying," he said.

The song Rinduku is packaged with the concept of music from the 80s era. The three members of The RYM'S are senior singers who were raised in TVRI channel and often perform in various parts of the world. That's why The RYM'S adopted this theme.
