Challenges are always present for Shima Fauziah. She mentioned that there are more competitors now, with prices being competitive as well. However, Dapoer Mama HS remains consistent in providing quality that matches the price we offer.
"But for the past 2 years, the challenge has been the COVID-19 virus. Our business has experienced a significant decline," concluded Shima Fauziah.
