Kapanlagi.com - PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk, through its subsidiary, PT Pakuwon Nusantara Abadi (PNA), marks the start of the construction of a superblock in the Nusantara Capital (IKN) by conducting a ground breaking ceremony on November 1, 2023, led directly by Joko Widodo, the President of the Republic of Indonesia.
The construction of the "Pakuwon Nusantara" superblock project is located in the Core Government Center (KIPP) with an investment value of Rp 5 trillion.
The Pakuwon Nusantara superblock development project covers an area of 7.2 hectares strategically located in the National Axis Area and right in front of the 'Zero Point' monument. In collaboration with the Marriott International group, the Pakuwon Nusantara project will build the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel. This will be followed by the development of a shopping center, the Tribute Portfolio by Marriott Hotel, the Westin Hotel, and a ballroom.

On this occasion, President Director of PT Pakuwon Nusantara Abadi, Eiffel Tedja, expressed optimism that the development of a superblock in IKN, which is planned to consist of a shopping center, condominium, and 3 (three) hotels, will be very beneficial in the long term. “The Groundbreaking Momentum of Pakuwon Nusantara is a sign of Pakuwon's full support for the National Capital (IKN).
“In addition to Pakuwon Nusantara, we currently have a new superblock project in the pipeline in Bekasi, Batam, and Semarang - which, once operational, will expand our portfolio of 4 (four) existing superblocks in Jakarta and Surabaya,” said Eiffel Tedja.

The development concept of the Pakuwon Nusantara shopping center will incorporate a design that integrates with the open sky terrace concept, surrounded by greenery with direct views of the valley and river right next to the shopping center building, creating a cool, modern atmosphere with a natural environment.
The development of the 'Pakuwon Nusantara' superblock is one of the efforts to continuously expand Pakuwon's sustainable income base and geographic diversification. The company also sees this investment as a manifestation of the private sector's role in promoting development in Indonesia.
