At this event, DMMX presents smart retail solutions that enhance customer experience, from the moment consumers enter the retail store until the transaction is completed. Consumers can view signage and videotron (large LED promotional screens) that are programmed based on time, weather, and store profile.
Through consumer recognition technology, they will see advertisements and promotions tailored to their profiles such as gender, age, and more. The entire ecosystem is built with centralized control through a Cloud Content Management System.

In addition, DMMX also launched two latest innovations, namely the LCD Transparent Box and Consumer Profiling solutions at the SIAL Interfood 2024 exhibition. Both solutions are designed to help retailers provide a more engaging and measurable consumer experience in their retail business activities.
The LCD Transparent Box offers a new way for retailers to creatively showcase their products more attractively, by combining retail products with a transparent digital display. Meanwhile, the Consumer Profiling solution presents AI-based analytical technology that can detect demographic data and shopping behavior, such as gender, age, facial expressions, and attributes used by consumers.
