Sara successfully lost weight from 96 kg to 55 kg, shedding 45 kg from her body weight.
With strong determination, Sara began a strict fitness program and significantly adjusted her eating habits.
"I wasn't just overweight, I was breaking the scale. What often happened was I would wake up in the morning and weigh 85 kg and there was no clothes that really fit," she revealed as quoted by Hindustan Times.
"(Then I thought) what’s the difference between a weight of 85 to 96? That is the worst way to get fat and that’s what started happening to me," she continued.
Sara's drastic weight change happened during college. However, she became aware and changed her mindset. Sara also followed a strict diet.
"When my body was fat, my face became big. That really happened. I had to pay close attention to what I eat. It is very important for me to maintain my weight," she said. Â
