15 Years Harmonious, Bedu Officially Divorced from Irma by Default

The panel of judges at the South Jakarta Religious Court (PA) officially granted the divorce petition filed by Bedu on Monday (3/11/2025). This confirmation was conveyed directly by Bedu's attorney, Dendy Zuhairil, via a text message.

"Alhamdulillah .. Our client Harabdu/Bedu's decision has been granted.. Verdict issued in absentia," said Dendy Zuhairil.

This divorce ruling was made by default, a legal term meaning the decision was taken without the presence of the defendant, in this case, Anggie, without any valid reason.

In the ruling statement with number 3267/Pdt.G/2025/PA.JS, the panel of judges clearly stated the absence of the respondent. "States that the Respondent, who has been officially and duly summoned to attend the hearing, is absent," reads the ruling statement.

Therefore, the divorce application submitted by Bedu was fully granted by the court. "Grants the Applicant's request by default," continues the ruling statement.

With this ruling, Bedu is now allowed to pronounce talak satu raj’i against Irma in front of the South Jakarta Religious Court. In addition, Bedu as the petitioner is also required to pay the court fees that have been determined.

"The petitioner is ordered to pay the court fees in the amount of Rp.322,000.00 (three hundred twenty-two thousand rupiah)," stated the ruling.
