Raisa and Hamish Daud Have Agreed to Part Ways Amicably

Amidst the swirling rumors of divorce, it has been revealed that Raisa Andriana and Hamish Daud have come to terms with the situation and have agreed to part ways amicably. This agreement is implicitly stated in an open letter they released some time ago.

This was disclosed by Raisa's attorney, Puguh Putra Lubis, who mentioned that the open letter was issued in response to the leak of divorce lawsuit information to the public.

According to Puguh, this legal step was taken after a mature process, where both parties were in a peaceful situation with their respective decisions.

"Yes. So, eh indeed at this moment the condition of the separation is amicable. Eh, both parties have also, have reached a stage where they are indeed at peace with themselves. Eh, until finally that statement was released," said Puguh when met at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Monday (3/11/2025).

The open letter that was previously released, according to Puguh, has a core message for the public to respect their privacy and offer their best prayers. The letter also serves as a confirmation that they agreed to take the path of separation."Interpreting the open letter means confirming that they have already, have agreed to separate like that? Yes," said Puguh.

He also recounted the background of the open letter being made. Initially, Raisa's side had submitted a request for this matter not to be published, but the information leaked on the same day the lawsuit was registered.

"That's the background. We, from the previous legal counsel, indeed coordinated before filing this lawsuit and had also submitted a request letter asking for this matter not to be published. But when we filed the lawsuit, it leaked on the same day," he explained.

With an agreement to part ways amicably, Puguh hopes the court process can proceed smoothly without any unnecessary drama.

"So, it really comes back to this, the essence is related to this lawsuit, please pray for the best for all parties so that the hearing goes smoothly and the results are good," he concluded.
