"Alhamdulillah, healthy. Yesterday it seemed like she was still performing as her activities are still active as usual," said Puguh Putra Lubis at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Monday (3/11/2025).
When asked whether Raisa will continue to be absent from every trial, Puguh stated that this will be assessed according to developments. However, he emphasized that legally, his client has been represented.
"Until now, it is indeed like that. Represented by us (legal counsel)," he said.
Nevertheless, the court still urges that the principals, namely Raisa and Hamish, should be present in person, especially during the mediation agenda. Their presence is considered important to find a middle ground.
"Yes. Actually, it has already been authorized to us. But of course, there is a request for the principal to be present. A request," explained Puguh.
When asked if the busy schedule of performances was the main reason for Raisa's absence, Puguh admitted he was not fully aware of his client's activities that day.
